Greg is the has over 20 years experience gained at major law firms in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Greg is an experienced and pragmatic lawyer. His time in London included 4 years in-house at the global headquarters of a listed multi-national company operating in a highly regulated field. Greg has a deep understanding of how his clients operate, the challenges they face and the support they need from their external legal advisers.

Greg regularly advises clients on the regulatory landscape in New Zealand, and works with clients on a range of corporate and commercial transactions. Greg is an expert legal draftsperson and helps clients commercialise technology, assess risk, and resolve any problems arising from their business operations across the technology, health, privacy, and consumer sectors. He has deep experience of preparing inter-company agreements, procurement, licensing arrangements, research agreements, and commercialisation of new technology and intellectual property both in New Zealand and overseas.

Greg has also worked as a policy adviser to the New Zealand government following his graduation from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honours).
