Brendon has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of strategic transactions including M&A, joint ventures, capital raising and general corporate matters.
He also has significant experience in the start-up space having worked in the US and UK in operating roles at several early-stage companies as well as a seed stage VC fund.
Brendon holds an LLB(Hons) and BCom from the University of Auckland and an MBA from London Business School.
